Milan Design Week brings together the world of high fashion and design and offers the opportunity to showcase products that are unique, and maybe, not what you might expect from a certain brand. In the case of Mazda, they used the big stage to showcase one of its popular models, but also some furniture.
Inspired by the KODO design language that has set the tone for many new Mazda vehicles, the automaker made a chair that we must say is quite stylish. The KODO chair has an energetic look with wide legs leaning backward holding up finely stitched black leather with red accents. Given that KODO is the "Soul of Motion" and inspired by animals, we can say that it looks like this chair is ready to pounce, and immediately grabs your attention.
The chair was joined by the 2014 Mazda6, which has been earning recognition for its sleek and stellar design all year long. The sedan was on display in the Zona Tortona district of Milan, where Mazda set up a very attractive display called the Mazda Con-Temporary Space (MACS).
